Better Carob, objective is to deliver the choicest carob bar, free of cane sugar, artificial sweeteners, palm kernel oil or preservatives.
Our full range of products can be viewed, selected and ordered online from our website and are subject to availability. Shipping might not be available during hot spell or will incur additional handling fees to cover the cost of dry ice.
Our products are natural and organic and may vary slightly in appearance and color from the images displayed on the website. We ensure our bars are fresh and in the proper physical condition for shipment. Despite our best efforts, occasionally some products will not be available between the placing of your order and the expected ship date. We will contact you by email prior to shipment if this occurs, and discuss what alternative solutions are possible.
The display of any products or service on the website is not an offer to sell and Better Carob shall be under no obligation whatsoever to supply the products or services ordered through our website. If you
Place an order this will be your offer to purchase the Products from us. We will acknowledge your order as soon as possible but will be under no obligation to supply the goods or services until we accept your order by providing written confirmation that we have the goods in stock and they are available at the prices specified. Access to our website is not to be taken as meaning that we will enter into any contract with you and we reserve the right to refuse any online transaction. By submitting an order to us through our website you represent and warrant that the payment details on your order are valid and correct and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment was made in full.
Cancelling an Order
When shopping with Better Carob, you can be assured of complete peace of mind. If you wish to cancel your order please telephone our Customer Service department at 1-855-568-6887, Monday through Friday – 9:30 to 5:30 within 2 (two) days after your placed your order.
An e-mai confirmation of your order will be sent to the e-mail you specified when placing your order. Please check that all details accurately reflect your requirements. Should there be any discrepancies, please e-mail us at email@example.com
Where an order request several different items to be sent to the same address, then these may be dispatched separately and therefore, we cannot guarantee delivery of all the items on the same day. We do not advise recipients of impending deliveries. We are unable to accept responsibility for parcels after our various carriers have accepted these and risk will pass to you on dispatch. All parcels will be shipped with adequate insurance. Any damaged caused during shipping and delivery will be covered by the shipping agent. All damages must be returned in original box.
Capacity to Contract
You are confirming by placing an order that you are not a minor and are aged 18 or over and have the capacity to enter into a contract with us.
We accept payment by Paypal, Visa, American Express, Discover, Debit and Mastercard. We cannot accept liability for an order being delayed as a result of incorrect or invalid payment details being given to us.
Our online ordering service is currently available for deliver in the United States as well as all other countries. All orders received by 1:00 p.m. on any normal working day (Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays) can be dispatched within 2 (two)days of placing the order. Orders placed after 1:00 pm on Friday will be processed on the following Monday. We can only deliver to the address your provide and enter when placing your order and cannot accept any liability for late or failed delivery if the stated address is incorrect. The delivery address must be physical address and not a post box number to which no delivery will be made. Any deliveries to a business address shall be deemed to be completed if left at the reception area and a representative of the business signs a receipt.
Christmas Delivery Period
The postal and other delivery services will be extremely busy over the Christmas period and delivery times my take longer than usual for which we cannot be responsible as these matters are beyond our control.
Any item(s) deemed defective (spoiled, rancid or melted) will be refunded provided that you inform us of the problem within two (2)business days of having received your iorder. In order to claim a refund, we will ask you return the good to us within 7 days of deliver. Shipping and or handling costs will nto be refunded under any case. Product cannot be returned because purchaser did not like the taste.
We operate a complaint handling policy which means that any complaint should be notified in writing at the above address and you have our assurance that your complaint will be carefully investigated and you will receive a reply in a timely manner.
