I am a chocolate addict, I noticed that the more chocolate I ate the more I craved it! I noticed I was getting anxious and jittery after eating chocolate. I started to wonder if maybe chocolate wasn’t so good for me. I remember my mother giving me carob as a child. I remember actually liking it. I started to look for a carob bar and could not find one made in the USA. I found most carob bars had palm kernel oil (yikes), and not great ingredients. I started experimenting in my kitchen with different recipes, and after years of trying different ingredients, I finally had a bar I loved. I gave samples to my friends and co-workers and they all agreed – IT WAS DELICIOUS! That is how the, BETTER CAROB BAR was born!
